Criminal defence – Specialist Lawyer for Criminal Law (Fachanwalt für Strafrecht) Yalçın Tekinoğlu Foto: img/strafverteidigung.jpg

    05 · Focus area

    Criminal defence

    assertive – combative – successful

    Expertise

Yalçın Tekinoğlu is a criminal defence lawyer and Specialist Lawyer for Criminal Law (Fachanwalt für Strafrecht).

He is currently completing a specialisation in administrative criminal law (Verwaltungsstrafrecht), which includes, among other things, white-collar and tax criminal law. He fights for the interests and rights of his clients across the entire field of criminal law, whether rich or poor, in custody or at liberty, on the side of the accused or of the victim. In this, involving the defence lawyer in good time, at an early stage of the proceedings, is of decisive importance for the further course of events and ultimately for the sentence to be expected or an acquittal.

On the victim’s side, this begins with the correct wording of the written criminal complaint and the securing of evidence; on the side of the accused, with accompanying investigative measures in the client’s interest, for example at the first questioning, in seizures, in a house search or on arrest.

    Clients

Our clients include both people who have become involved in criminal proceedings through no fault of their own and people who have committed offences, regardless of who they are, socially disadvantaged people, people with mental illness, people who are politically persecuted and other vulnerable groups. Yalçın Tekinoğlu also represents the victims of a criminal offence as joint plaintiffs (Nebenkläger). Where people have been wrongly convicted, Yalçın Tekinoğlu helps them with reopening proceedings (Wiederaufnahmeverfahren), a constitutional complaint before the Federal Constitutional Court or a complaint before the European Court of Human Rights.
